The RUSSO APPELLATE FIRM, P.A. has specialized in civil appeals and trial support since 1990. Founder Elizabeth K. Russo is board-certified in appellate practice by the Florida Bar and has over 35 years’ experience handling appeals in state and federal courts throughout Florida and beyond. Partner Paulo R. Lima practiced almost 10 years with a large international firm in New York and Miami and two years handling appeals for a successful plaintiffs’ personal injury firm before joining the Russo Appellate Firm. Both are experienced handling appeals involving a diverse range of substantive legal issues on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants before all levels of trial and appellate courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
