Mr. Schlesinger has handled complex will, trust and guardianship disputes with numerous published appellate decisions including the landmark conflict of interest case, Brigham v. Brigham, 11 So. 3d 374 (Fla. 3d DCA 2009). Mr. Schlesinger has also litigated numerous brokerage commission and procuring cause cases against developers and employers wrongfully withholding payments of due compensation leading to successful results and/or settlements. As a small firm, Mr. Schlesinger takes on large complex business lawsuits from inception to trial including some of which are on a contingency or mixed fee basis.
Prior to moving to Miami in 1998, Mr. Schlesinger practiced law as a business and probate litigator in New York City. Since his move to Miami, Mr. Schlesinger was a partner at two established Miami law firms until branching out with his own practice in 2004.
