Lance Harke dedicates his practice to class actions and complex commercial litigation. He has served as counsel on many multi-district cases representing plaintiff s in mass torts and class actions and has been appointed co-lead counsel in more than thirty of the largest settlements on behalf of borrowers against banks over their forced-placed insurance practices, including actions that have led to regulatory changes in the forced-placed insurance industry nationwide. He has served as President of Legal Services of Greater Miami and for the Greater Miami Shores Chamber of Commerce.
