Michele Arbeeny

Michele is a Partner who concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial lending, real estate finance, and municipal finance. She has extensive experience representing financial institutions and not-for-profits in all aspects of secured and unsecured financing, including acquisition loans; construction loans; lines of credit and term loans; and letter of credit enhanced and private placement of tax-exempt and taxable municipal bond financings. She also represents financial institutions in affordable housing transactions. Michele is the Chair of Windels Marx Women, which focuses on business development and networking for every female lawyer at the firm. She also leads the firm’s Mentoring Program and serves on the Executive Committee of the Brooklyn Arts Council.
