Ciafone ran for office numerous times and was elected twice to Community School Board 30 with the highest number of votes where he served as President and Treasurer of the Board. Ciafone is a product of the New York Public School system and graduated on the Dean’s List with Honors at New York University and received the coveted Chancellor’s Award. Ciafone graduated from St.John’s University School of Law where he received the Judge Mary Egan Scholarship and was the Editor of the Forum.
