Admitted to the NYS bar in 1981, David has been trial counsel to many prominent medical malpractice firms including many past Presidents of the NYS Trial Lawyers Association. He has taken over 70 verdicts on cases where the insurance company refused to pay including obstetrical malpractice, delayed diagnosis of cancer, wrongful death and surgical error, and obtained numerous multimillion dollar verdicts.

Mr. Pollack has over 30 years of experience as a plaintiff’s medical malpractice trial attorney.
