David H. Kaplan is the managing partner of the firm, and over his more than 35 years in practice he has helped build Kaplan & Kaplan, PLLC, into one of the leading firms on Long Island for Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Estate Administration and Litigation, Taxation, and Business Succession Planning.
