Stan Denis graduated from the University of Southern California in 1975 with a joint J.D.-M.B.A. degree. Prior to forming his own firm in 1993, he was the lead litigation associate and then partner with two preeminent real estate law firms.

Stan and his skilled support staff provide top-tier, professional and friendly personalized service to residential and commercial property and business owners, investors, real estate brokers and professionals, commercial tenants and escrows, including members of the bar and bench.
