Amy Witherite received her law degree from Texas Tech School of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1993. After graduation, she practiced law at an insurance defense firm, acquiring knowledge of the strategies and procedures used in the defense of medical doctors, hospitals and nursing homes. During her tenure as a defense attorney, she started to see the unjust side of the industry and decided to dedicate herself and her practice to defending injured victims and their families. In 2001, she co-founded Eberstein Witherite, LLP with one goal in mind: To level the legal playing field and make legal services available to those with little or no legal representation in time of personal injury and motor vehicle wrecks, regardless of their socioeconomic class, education, or status in life.
Witherite is certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is well respected for her philanthropic and community outreach efforts throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth community. Her passion to Keep Life Running applies to both her clients and the communities she serves, whether it’s defending a client whose life has come to a halt due to loss of vehicle, bodily injury or worse, or making sure that students in need EBERSTEIN have necessary resources to support their education, Witherite and her team of attorneys will do whatever it takes to help those faced with difficult situations. Witherite’s team of legal experts are available to help injured Texans in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and surrounding areas.
