For more than 40 years Brian has represented clients from all walks of life as they faced the stress and uncertainty of divorce and related Family Law matters. Brian is a leader in the Family Law Bar, having been President or Chair of Texas’ largest and most influential Family Law organizations, as well as being honored with the Judge Sam Emison Award and the Dan Price Award, the two most prestigious awards in Texas Family Law. He has also served as an officer or director of several national and international Family Law organizations. Brian has been an Adjunct Professor of Texas Marital Property at SMU Dedman School of Law since 2012. In 2015, Brian was honored by being inducted into the Texas Family Law Hall of Legends.
