Diahn McGrath practices all forms of family law in New York, from pre-nuptial agreements to probate of estates. McGrath is passionate about giving individual attention to the personal and financial needs of her clients, and has a litigator’s instinct for winning.

McGrath has served two terms on the Trusts, Estates and Surrogate’s Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and has been appointed Guardian ad Litem in Supreme and Surrogate’s Court matters, both small and large, in New York and all of the surrounding counties.

She achieved an AV on her first rating and was listed among Avenue Magazine’s Legal Elite in 2011 and was one of the New York Law Journal’s Top-Rated Lawyers in 2014. McGrath made several guest appearances as an expert on children’s issues on Court TV.
