For more than 25 years, Annette Hasapidis has devoted her practice to handling over 340 of appeals in state and federal courts, as well as providing strategic counsel to law firms in the handling of complex matters. Ms. Hasapidis provides appellate services to law firms and litigants on a broad range of civil matters, including personal injury, commercial, matrimonial, and probate and estate proceedings. She is one of New York’s very few attorneys to persuade the State’s highest court to grant reargument and reverse its own ruling in the same case. Among other affiliations, she is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Courts of Appellate Jurisdiction and sits on the Executive Board of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
