Most recently, Oresky’s firm secured a $6.5 million verdict in April 2018 in a construction accident case where the insurance company—convinced Oresky’s client would settle—made an initial offer of $250,000. From the moment he was retained as counsel, Oresky and his team of lawyers worked to ensure their client would receive full compensation for his injuries.
“We invested all our resources and didn’t spare any expense in terms of hiring experts and conducting the trial,” Oresky notes. “Maybe someone else would have settled the case, but we are always prepared to see a case through to verdict if it means securing the result a client deserves.”
Oresky has been practicing law since 1987, and opened his own practice in 1992 after working as an associate at a large law firm. His dedicated, longterm team of staff and attorneys has been with him for much of this time, and share his commitment to the firm’s clients.
